Affectionately called "Mama Cat," she was seen carrying her 3-week-old kittens, by mouth, across a very busy traffic-ridden street. Amazed and horrified, the mechanics at the shop where she lived found the babies in an abandoned truck. Fearing she would try to brave crossing the streets again, they called a rescue group to come and take them. Minnie was rescued weeks later when a woman feeding the colony asked me to take her to get spayed. Minnie is the sweetest cat, purrs a lot, is a quiet, calm cat that loves affection.
